Due to the current situation with COVID-19, now more than ever, it’s important to stay active for personal health and well-being. It’s great to see several fitness companies like Peloton and Nike offer free access to their fitness apps and videos as gyms suspend operations. Today, however, I want to share with you 3 free online channels/websites that have offered free, top-quality fitness videos for many many years. While they also have some form of paid version options, I want to highlight that majority of their content is free. Our family has benefited from all of these channels for the last few years and I would like to honor them and spread the word.
Here are my favorite 3 free online workout channels:
This is the most popular workout program in our house! It’s run by Daniel and Kelli ( husband and wife team) and offers over 500 hundred free workout videos with new videos added almost every week. The website is super sophisticated, yet user-friendly. You can search for workouts that fit your desired duration, difficulty level and type of workout. If you create a free account, you can also schedule their workouts into your website calendar. We started using this a few years ago and are in awe with the level of quality and commitment offered by them.
Another popular one on our list is JessicaSmithTV. She has tons of workout videos on her youtube channel and it’s easy and fun to incorporate into your daily life. She is currently offering the 6 week spring ahead challenge to spring into action. Everyone has 10 minutes to spare, right? She offers a wide variety of workouts you can do at home with minimal or no equipment.
Last but not the least, this is my favorite channel for Yoga and Meditation practices. She has several playlists on their YouTube channel offering a series of challenges you can practice to master yoga or simply relax and de-stress yourself with a stretching routine.
